Job summary

Hunter Industries is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial leadership across multiple business units. You will build models and dashboards, translate data into decisions, and present results with clarity for leadership and external partners.

The role requires 5+ years in finance/FP&A, strong BI tool experience, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. On-site campus facilities support well-being and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of progressive finance/FP&A experience, preferably with manufacturing or consumer products.
• Proficient with BI tools and financial planning software; strong communication of results to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to financial partner for your designated business unit and own its financials top to bottom.
• Builds and maintains BI dashboards and automated reporting to deliver timely performance insights.
• Presents quarterly financial performance to leaders and cross-functional groups.
• Builds complex financial models for pricing, margins, valuation, and scenario analytics.
• Reviews cost and manufacturing analytics and their impact on financial results.
• Identify opportunities for financial and operational improvements and lead cross-department initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Accounting, HR, and IS to align planning with operations.
• Develops business acumen through ongoing dialogue with internal and external partners.
• Supports annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning.
