Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Six+ years of finance experience required.
• Prior managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverages technology to research, compile and analyze financial information.
• Monitors and analyzes financial performance against budgets/forecasts.
• Researches budget variances and communicates findings to leaders.
• Works with leaders to prepare budgets, forecasts and long-term plans.
• Provides supplemental FP&A training and looks for process improvements.
• Supports executive materials for management and board meetings.
