Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Business Line Leader to oversee financial analysis and planning for a specific service line such as Advisory or Specialty Assurance, collaborating with leaders to drive strategic decisions and improve profitability.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, mentor finance teams, prepare board materials, and partner with firm leaders to anticipate issues and maximize value while managing risk across the client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, required or preferred.
• Six (6) or more years of finance experience, required.
• Prior managerial experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial analysis and planning activities for a defined business line.
• Collaborate with business line leaders to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets/forecasts; investigate variances.
