Applied Materials, Inc. is seeking a Finance Director to lead enterprise FP&A, forecasting, and reporting across the company. You will partner with senior finance and business leaders to align outlooks, manage risks, and drive improvements in processes and data capabilities.

You will guide a team through planning cycles, close, and executive reporting, while championing system transformations and data governance to enable scalable decision support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in a large, global organization.
• Experience leading planning, forecasting, close, and performance management processes.
• Experience supporting senior executives and strategic decisions.
• Strong familiarity with ERP and analytics platforms (SAP, Anaplan, Oracle EPM).

Responsabilités

• Lead the Corporate FP&A and reporting cadence, coordinating planning, forecasting, and governance.
• Communicate planning requirements and milestones to segments, BU, Tax, Treasury, and finance teams.
• Consolidate submissions, identify risks/opportunities, and provide insights across financial statements.
• Deliver actionable financial insights to senior leadership and governance bodies.
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and BU finance to resolve close issues.
• Shape and drive transformation of planning, reporting, and analytics processes.
• Define requirements for future planning, consolidation, and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with IT, data analytics, and external partners to implement improvements.
