Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise-level planning for a global organization.
• Ability to translate strategy into financial plans and budgets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate FP&A function and set vision and capabilities.
• Oversee long-range planning, annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Partner with executives on strategic investments and capital allocation.
• Drive finance transformation and automation initiatives.
