Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or related fields required.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Experience developing and analyzing KPIs and financial metrics to support business decision‑making.
• Proficiency with financial systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or other data analytics and visualization tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills with cross‑department collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead short and long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes with actionable insights.
• Oversee internal and external financial reporting for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist the CFO in long-term planning, including capital allocation and investments.
• Develop and manage financial models and scenario planning.
• Partner with division leadership to drive performance, cost control, and margins.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements or corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Finance to implement new systems and processes.
• Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
• Prepare financial reports for senior leadership.
• Update capitalization tables and ownership changes.
• Work cross-functionally to streamline processes through standardization and automation.
• Develop and maintain live automated dashboards for Valeo leadership.
