Job summary

Synergy Search is partnering with a private equity-backed company to hire their next Finance Manager. This growing organization has an active, hands-on ownership group and offers visibility into the business in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment.

You will lead annual budgeting and forecasting, build short-term cash flow visibility, support financial modeling and investment decisions, and mentor the finance team while collaborating with business leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Background in investment banking or private equity is a strong plus.
• Comfortable owning budgeting and forecasting for a sizable, complex business.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Cash flow forecasting experience is a plus.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Building out short-term cash flow visibility in partnership with finance leadership
• Supporting financial modeling and analysis on major investment decisions
• Partnering with business leaders on performance reporting and monthly reviews
• Supporting acquisition due diligence and integration work
• Helping grow and mentor a finance team
