Flex is seeking a Finance Manager (Finance) to act as a strategic partner, leading planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis that drive operational and financial decision-making. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver insights and support strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in finance, strong budgeting and modeling skills, and experience guiding senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, accounting, or business partnering experience.
• Experience serving as a Finance Business Partner to operational and functional leaders.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis skills.
• Experience supporting corporate expense management and employee incentive programs.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with global teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Prepare rolling financial forecasts and performance analyses.
• Deliver variance analyses highlighting risks, opportunities and drivers.
• Provide senior leadership with timely reporting and actionable insights.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and functional leaders to drive financial accountability.
• Manage corporate expenses and cost optimization controls.
• Support bonus planning and incentive analyses with accuracy.
• Develop financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives and growth.
• Conduct profitability assessments and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support acquisition evaluations and new business planning activities.
• Prepare executive-level presentations for reviews and strategic planning.
