Job summary

The role collaborates with HMFP Finance, Revenue Cycle, and other departments to maintain accurate financial statements and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years related work experience; 0–1 year supervisory/management experience.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications including Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly accounting entries including GL, AP and AR; review HMFP/APHMFP/Foundation check requests and Concur transactions; maintain signing authority up to $50,000.
• Prepare and distribute monthly HMFP, APHMFP and Foundation financial statements; participate in monthly close.
• Oversee revenue cycle policies and cash reporting for multiple divisions and locations.
• Develop and maintain HMFP, APHMFP and Foundation budgets and forecasts; monitor variances.
• Ensure AP compliance and coordinate year-end audit with HMFP Controller.
• Prepare monthly reports and ad hoc financial reporting for Finance Committee and leadership.
• Maintain documentation of surgeon financial decisions, salaries and payroll; train staff.
• Collaborate with BD, Credentialing, Revenue Cycle and Payroll for onboarding and financial capture.
