Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is seeking a Manager, Divisional Finance and Decision Support to lead a team of financial analysts, steer budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis to support operational goals.

The role partners with divisional leaders to drive insights, align with strategic objectives, and provide critical financial guidance across the organization. This position offers hybrid or onsite work with residency in Kansas or Missouri or relocation support.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field required.
• 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• 3 years of leadership experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Build relationships with business management and stakeholders to provide advanced analytics and financial insights.
• Collaborate with divisional leaders to explain unit dynamics and provide actionable analyses.
• Assist in creating and maintaining an annual operating plan and regular forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial/forecast models using drivers, trends and external factors.
• Support annual budgeting process and ensure data for budget planning.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
