- 5 years of progressive FP&A experience and budgeting/forecasting.
- 3 years of leadership experience required.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of financial analysts and drive budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
- Partner with divisional leaders to improve financial understanding of unit dynamics.
- Develop financial models and forecasts using key drivers and external factors.
- Ensure data integrity and provide actionable insights to guide decisions.
- Communicate complex financial information clearly to leadership.
- Support the FP&A team in annual budgeting and management reporting.
