Job summary

The Manager, Divisional Finance and Decision Support at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas leads a team of financial analysts to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across operations. The role partners with divisional leaders to deliver actionable insights that align with strategic objectives.

Hybrid or onsite work is eligible, with preference for Kansas or Missouri residency or relocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with related field required.
• 5 years of progressive FP&A experience and budgeting/forecasting.
• 3 years of leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of financial analysts and drive budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Partner with divisional leaders to improve financial understanding of unit dynamics.
• Develop financial models and forecasts using key drivers and external factors.
• Ensure data integrity and provide actionable insights to guide decisions.
• Communicate complex financial information clearly to leadership.
• Support the FP&A team in annual budgeting and management reporting.
