Job summary

The Manager, Divisional Finance and Decision Support at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas partners with divisional leaders to drive financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis, leading a team of analysts in budgeting and reporting to support strategic objectives.

This hybrid/onsite role requires strong analytic capability, excellent communication, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for executive stakeholders across departments in Kansas

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning and analysis with modeling and scenario planning.
• Leadership experience in managing a team.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with management and stakeholders through advanced analytics and financial insights.
• Collaborate with divisional leaders to provide actionable financial analyses.
• Support annual operating plan and regular forecasting.
• Develop and maintain financial models using drivers and trend analysis.
• Manage annual budgeting with FP&A team.
