Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is seeking a Manager of Divisional Finance & Decision Support to lead financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis for our operational functions. You will partner with divisional leaders to drive budgeting, reporting, and actionable insights that align with strategic goals.

You will manage a team of analysts, ensure data integrity in all models, and communicate outcomes to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field required.
• 5 years of progressive FP&A experience; strong financial modeling and scenario planning preferred.
• 3 years of leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Lead a team of financial analysts and oversee the budgeting process.
• Provide actionable insights to guide strategic decisions and align with goals.
• Collaborate with divisional leaders on operating plans and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain financial models, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Communicate complex financial information clearly to senior leadership.
