Job summary

Grafana, a leading data visualization company in the United States, seeks a senior FP&A executive to own the corporate model, drive long-range planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting. You will consolidate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, enabling leadership to steer the business with precision.

You will partner with finance and executive teams to deliver decision-ready materials, KPI architectures, and investor-ready reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the corporate FP&A model, including long-range planning, annual planning, monthly forecasting, and consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasting.
• Lead executive and Board reporting, delivering clear, decision-ready materials and building KPI and reporting architectures that leadership and investors rely on.
• Partner with Finance, business leaders, and the executive team to translate operating performance into financial insights and build a high-performing FP&A team.
