Grafana Labs seeks a Senior Director of Corporate FP&A to scale our Corporate FP&A function during a high-growth period. You will own planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and executive decision support, partnering with Finance and business leaders to drive faster, informed decisions.

The role emphasizes building scalable processes, modernizing finance workflows with data-driven insights, and leading a high-performing team in a remote, globally distributed environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of FP&A, strategic finance or related roles.
• Experience in a leading technology company; public-company readiness preferred.
• Strong ability to own consolidated P&L, forecasting, and board reporting.

Aufgaben

• Own company-wide Corporate FP&A model and planning processes including long-range and annual planning.
• Lead executive and Board reporting with clear commentary on drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Build KPI/reporting architecture with dashboards and recurring business reviews.
• Partner with Accounting/Tax to support month-end close and finance processes.
