Job summary

SHINE Technologies in Massachusetts is seeking a Director of FP&A to partner with management across Manufacturing, R&D, Commercial and G&A. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in a regulated, capital-intensive environment with time-sensitive products.

The position is on-site in MA three days per week and offers a comprehensive compensation package. You will lead a small FP&A team and drive KPI development, dashboards and superior reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years FP&A experience in manufacturing or pharma.
• Strong modeling, forecasting and analytical skills.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• ERP systems experience and advanced Excel.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, long-range planning and rolling forecast processes.
• Analyze revenue forecasts considering various factors.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages with insights and risks.
• Present results to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards aligned with objectives.
• Enhance FP&A tools, models and reporting systems.
• Improve forecast accuracy, data integrity and transparency.
• Mentor and develop FP&A team members as the organization scales.
• Oversee Capex tracking and cost reporting.
• Prepare internal financial reports and support audits.
• Partner with Finance to ensure performance reporting.
