Kailera Therapeutics in Waltham, MA is seeking a Director, FP&A & Technical Operations to partner with Drug Product, Drug Supply and Global Supply Chain leadership.

You will own budgeting, forecast, and analysis for COGS, capex, and operating expenses, drive monthly close, build models for scale-up, and deliver insights to executives. This onsite role offers visibility and cross-functional collaboration to shape Kailera's manufacturing strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience in biotech/pharma
• At least 3 years supporting Technical Operations, Manufacturing, Drug Product, Drug Supply, or Supply Chain
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills for senior leadership
• Ability to lead through influence and cross-functional partnerships
• Excellent verbal and written communication for executives

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts for COGS, capex, and Opex
• Serve as key financial business partner to Technical Operations leadership
• Lead financial analysis of manufacturing costs, CDMO/CMO spend
• Build models supporting scale-up, capacity planning, and make-versus-buy
• Drive monthly close and variance analysis with Accounting
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align financial priorities
• Champion ERP and planning tools to improve reporting efficiency
• Prepare executive materials summarizing financial performance and risks
