LHH is seeking a Director of FP&A in the United States (Dallas area) to partner with the CFO and senior leaders in driving financial planning, performance, and value creation for a rapidly growing PE-backed services organization. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, building robust models and executive-ready analyses.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership.
• Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis skills.
• Strong executive communication and board-level presentation abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel; Power BI/Tableau or similar BI tools preferred.
• Experience in private equity-backed, multi-location organization is highly preferred.
• CPA, CFA, and/or MBA is a plus.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve financial analysis and reporting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and three-statement financial modeling.
• Own operating model, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to translate performance into actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate ROI on strategic investments, workforce planning, and new initiatives.
• Prepare executive reporting, board materials, and KPI dashboards.
• Develop insights identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build FP&A processes, reporting, and business intelligence capabilities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior FP&A team members.
