Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a senior finance leader for the Consulting line of business to drive financial performance and strategic planning across the LOB. This role oversees FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and reporting, partnering with leadership to inform critical decisions and growth initiatives.

You will manage a global finance team, present insights to firm executives, and ensure alignment with the firm's objectives, cost controls, and proactive risk management, while mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or Business - Required.
• CPA, MBA Finance, or similar degree - Preferred.
• Experience with accounting software, Microsoft products – Required.
• 5+ years managing others - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the financial performance of the Consulting LOB and align strategies with firm goals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and financial analysis.
• Forecast, report, and present to executives; manage cost and variances.
• Mentor a global finance team and lead cross-department initiatives.
• Oversee FP&A operations and participate in M&A activities.
