Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Director of Finance to lead FP&A for its corporate-owned multi-unit centers in the U.S. You will guide budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, partnering with Operations to optimize labor, pricing, and profitability.

The role requires senior finance leadership experience, strong modeling, and cross-functional collaboration. As the Finance leader, you will drive strategic insights, develop KPIs, and deliver executive-ready analyses to support growth,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, preferably in multi-unit environments.
• Experience analyzing P&L performance and partnering with field/operating teams.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Tableau/Power BI preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally, communicate effectively, and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A for multi-unit portfolio including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis across revenue, labor, and operating expenses.
• Lead P&L reviews and identify actions to improve profitability and cash flow.
• Develop operational KPIs and connect frontline drivers to financial outcomes.
• Partner with Operations to analyze labor models, scheduling, and capacity utilization.
• Build driver-based forecasting models considering seasonality and demand trends.
• Prepare MBRS and present insights to Finance and Operations leadership.
• Produce dashboards, benchmarks, and executive summaries highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional pricing, customer ROI, and retention initiatives.
