Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Center Sales Director to lead daily operations, drive sales and guest satisfaction, and oversee coaching, development, and HR/compliance at the center. This is the top on-site leadership role requiring strong financial acumen and people skills.

You will hire, train, and evaluate staff, manage labor budgets, and ensure service excellence while meeting KPI goals and local marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales leadership or management role (retail, beauty, or telecommunications industries preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
• Team leadership and talent development.
• Financial acumen, budget management, and schedule creation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and conflict resolution.
• Guest service and sales expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop center team, hire/train/retain high-performers.
• Coach, provide feedback, conduct evaluations, build positive culture.
• Drive retail sales, Wax Passes, and service bookings; monitor KPIs and revenue.
• Oversee administrative operations: scheduling, labor budgets, timekeeping, payroll, deposits.
• Maintain clean, safe center; ensure safety protocols and inventory/product orders compliance.
