Job summary

MW Components, Inc. seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise planning, forecasting, and management reporting across our multi-site manufacturing network.

You will partner with executives and business leaders to translate drivers into actionable financial insights, strengthen performance management, and support profitable growth. Build a high-performing FP&A team and drive automation and robust financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site environments.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, and cash-flow analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, long-range plan, and rolling forecast with clear ownership.
• Deliver timely management reporting, variance analysis, and risk/opportunity insights.
• Partner with commercial/operations on revenue, costs, and capital spending analysis.
• Develop scenario models and business cases for growth initiatives and investments.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and standardized reporting across locations.
