MW Components, Inc. is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead enterprise planning, forecasting, and reporting across multiple sites in Fairfield, NJ. You will partner with executives and operations to translate drivers into actionable insights and strong performance.

The role directs FP&A and accounting functions. The position requires 5+ years in finance leadership, manufacturing experience, and expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience including FP&A leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site environments.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, management reporting, profitability analysis, and cash flow drivers.

Responsabilités

• Lead the annual budget, long-range plan, and rolling forecast processes with clear assumptions and ownership.
• Deliver timely management reporting including variance analysis, driver commentary, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with commercial and operations leaders on revenue, cost, mix, and capital spending analyses.
• Develop scenario models and business cases for growth, pricing, capacity, and footprint optimization.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and standardized reporting across locations.
• Provide forward-looking insights on profitability, cash flow, working capital, and ROI with corrective actions when needed.
• Support executive and board-level presentations with concise financial narratives.
• Improve planning tools, data quality, and reporting automation in collaboration with IT and business teams.
• Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team.
