Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the SCS financial planning cycle, including monthly close, rolling forecasts, annual operating plan, long-range planning, risks and opportunities, and executive reporting.
• Advise Segment Leadership on strategic and financial decisions impacting performance and growth.
• Own and communicate SCS financial performance with drivers by customer, product, and subsegment.
• Drive modernization of FP&A processes with dashboards, templates, reporting, and analytics; leverage data and AI tools.
• Oversee financial support for strategic SCS initiatives and growth programs.
• Prepare executive readouts (monthly P&L, QBRs, townhalls) connecting results to actions.
• Establish KPI tracking, churn analysis, and scenario planning for risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Pricing, and Segment Leaders on renewals, concessions, and growth initiatives; provide business cases and guardrails.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team with a collaborative culture.
• Balance recurring deliverables with ad hoc requests to support material business decisions.
