Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience analyzing financial statements, forecasts, month-end close, and budgets.
• Experience creating and managing visualization tools.
• Proficiency with financial systems to consolidate and report on plans and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with FSS leadership to develop annual expense budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Perform monthly close duties.
• Prepare executive level summaries and presentations explaining monthly results.
• Review key expense variances and their impact on future months.
• Develop dashboards and automate reporting using Power BI and related tools.
• Provide guidance to FSS leaders to meet business and spending goals.
• Identify opportunities to standardize reporting across the department.
• Conduct monthly P&L reviews to provide insights into performance.
• Collaborate with business partners to identify forecast risks.
• Support business partners with business cases and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate tasks.
