Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Senior Director, FP&A to lead Financial Planning & Analysis for the Strategic, Community and Specialized Care segment. This role partners with senior leaders to translate customer, product, and segment economics into actionable insights and to drive performance across planning, forecasting, and reporting.

The position is hybrid, on-site at the Las Colinas office at least two days per week, with remote days otherwise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 13+ years in FP&A or finance with 6+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across segments and functions.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SCS financial planning cycle, including monthly close, rolling forecasts, annual operating plan, long-range planning.
• Advise Segment Leadership on strategic and financial decisions impacting segment performance.
• Own and communicate SCS performance with drivers at customer/product levels.
• Drive automation of FP&A processes with dashboards and templates.
• Support strategic SCS initiatives including CP&H model and AIM28.
• Deliver executive readouts such as P&L reviews and business reviews.
• Establish KPI, churn, and initiative-tracking processes.
• Partner with Sales, Pricing on renewals, concessions, and growth.
• Develop the finance team and foster an inclusive culture.
• Balance recurring work with ad hoc requests.
