Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field
3+ years of experience analyzing financial statements, forecasts, month-end close, and budgets
Strong data analytics and ability to translate data into insights
Experience creating and managing visualization tools
Proficiency with finance systems to consolidate and report on plans and forecasts
Advanced MS Excel skills to drive decision-making
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication with senior leadership

Responsibilities

Partner with FSS leadership to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
Perform monthly close duties
Prepare executive level summaries and presentations explaining results
Review expense variances and forecast impact
Manage large datasets and improve reporting via automation and visualization tools
Provide guidance to FSS leaders to achieve goals
Identify opportunities to standardize reporting across the department
Conduct monthly P&L reviews and provide insights into performance
