Job summary

CF Industries Inc. is seeking an experienced senior accounting leader to oversee general accounting, financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting within the corporate controller’s group.

You will guide and develop a team, promoting responsibility and robust controls while coordinating with multiple CF departments to meet corporate goals and drive process improvements. The role requires strong communication and advanced accounting knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent required; CPA and/or Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of accounting experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Five or more years of supervisory experience in accounting.
• Knowledgeable of automated accounting software systems (e.g., SAP and BPC).
• PC-literate in Windows with strong MS Office proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead general accounting, financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting for the corporate controller’s group.
• Provide direction to staff to meet company objectives and governance requirements.
• Develop and promote responsibility and authority while enabling growth and change.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
