Job summary

CF Industries Inc. in Illinois seeks an accomplished FP&A leader to drive enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning. You will partner with executive leadership, provide insights, and guide capital and operating decisions that shape the company’s growth and value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
15+ years of FP&A or Corporate Finance experience.
Strong understanding of public company financials and reporting.
Experience presenting complex financial information to executives and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning.
Prepare and lead monthly/quarterly performance reviews for executives.
Analyze results against plans and forecasts with insights.
Develop financial models for earnings forecasts and capital decisions.
Partner with business units to evaluate performance drivers and growth opportunities.
Guide FP&A team and mentor analysts.
