Job summary

Logically is hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis Director to partner with senior leadership and drive forecasting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives. The role focuses on scalable planning, capital and pricing optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to align operations with Logically’s vision.

The ideal candidate brings 9–11 years of FP&A/finance experience, PE reporting familiarity, and strong modeling, with expertise in SaaS/MSP metrics.

Qualifications

• 9–11 years of FP&A, Finance, or Accounting experience.
• Experience in a private equity-backed environment with PE reporting cadences and investor packages.
• Experience with recurring revenue models (e.g. SaaS, MSP/MSSP).
• Proven financial modeling skills (NPV, ROI, accretion/dilution).
• Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint; SQL and AI/automation use in finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A process strategically and partner across the business.
• Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Maintain financial models tracking key metrics and performance.
• Analyze trends in KPIs across revenue, expenses, and drivers.
• Deliver monthly consolidated reporting to investors.
• Support M&A due diligence and integration planning.
• Drive AI-enabled analytics and automation in finance.
