4over is seeking a strategic Director of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and enterprise reporting. You will drive AOP, long-range planning, and executive-facing analysis, partnering with Sales, Operations, and IT to turn data into actionable decisions.

You will build advanced financial models, oversee BI/analytics, and support capital allocation while strengthening liquidity and enterprise value in a fast-growing, PE-backed environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field; MBA, CPA, CMA, or advanced designation preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or Commercial Finance experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning.
• Experience with executive leadership, boards, lenders, and private equity ownership reporting.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Develop forecasts for revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, working capital, and other key metrics.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with executive leadership; identify risks and opportunities.
• Build sophisticated financial models for strategic initiatives and capital investments.
• Oversee BI & analytics functions; develop executive dashboards and automated reports.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to drive data-driven decisions.
