Detroit Defense is seeking a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management across business units. The role includes cash flow modeling, treasury collaboration, and strategic analysis for business initiatives including M&A, with emphasis on government contracting and FAR/DFARS compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA, CPA or CFA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A or corporate finance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise FP&A function development, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across units.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support planning, scenario analysis, and strategic decisions.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting and provide leadership with insights on trends.
• Partner with executives to develop operating plans, budgets, and long-range financial plans.
• Lead M&A financial analysis, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Apply government contracting knowledge (FAR/DFARS) to financial planning and reporting.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and scalable FP&A tools.
