Job summary

Twenty-Six Defense, headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a senior FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis across the organization. The role partners with site leadership to drive value-based decision making and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of FP&A experience, GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills, with exposure to aerospace/defense environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5–10 years functional FP&A experience; MBA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and its application; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for budgeting, forecasting and communication of quarterly/monthly financial results.
• Lead Annual Operating Plan development and allocation of operating expenses.
• Own reliability and accuracy of financial forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.
• Support process improvement, documentation and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure timely, accurate financials.
• Partner with site leadership to drive value-based decision making.
