Coast Professional, Inc. in West Monroe, LA seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and profitability analyses.

You will partner with the President & CFO and business leaders to translate operations data into actionable financial insights that guide pricing, resource allocation, and long‑term planning. The role requires extensive experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and analyzing complex contracts, with a focus on driving

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in finance, financial analysis, budgeting, pricing, operations analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience in a labor-intensive service business is highly desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP, budgeting, BI and data analytics systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Company’s annual budgeting process across departments, contracts, locations, and lines of business.
• Develop and maintain budgets by contract, department, location, and line of business.
• Lead financial pricing and modeling for new and existing business opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.
• Provide executive financial analysis and decision support to senior leadership.
• Develop profitability reporting by contract, client, location, and line of business.
