Job summary

StevenDouglas is seeking a Vice President / Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis for a rapidly growing PE-backed manufacturing company in Florida. The role reports to the CFO and collaborates with the CEO and PE sponsor to drive value creation through planning, forecasting, and robust financial modeling.

You will own the annual budget, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and board reporting, build executive dashboards, and develop an FP&A team to deliver clear, data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred but not required.
• 12–20 years of progressive FP&A experience in operationally intensive businesses.
• Deep expertise in cost accounting, standard costing, and inventory valuation.
• Strong core FP&A skills: budgeting, forecasting, modeling and long-range planning.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Build and maintain complex financial models for revenue, margin, OPEX, and capex.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly/annual management reports with variance analysis.
• Prepare board/sponsor reporting packages with KPIs and forward projections.
• Act as trusted advisor to operations and functional leaders.
• Collaborate with CFO, Controller and IT to improve data integrity and costing.
• Maintain production costs, inventory valuation, and WIP analysis.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPI frameworks for leadership.
• Lead FP&A team and coach junior staff.
