Job summary

StevenDouglas is seeking a Director of FP&A to join the U.S. finance team. The role will centralize finance operations, strengthen cost discipline, and standardize reporting across the U.S.

footprint. You will lead budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking while supporting IFRS consolidation and ERP implementation. This hands-on role is a ground-floor opportunity to modernize finance as the company shifts to a more structured, globally governed model with room for growth as the business

Qualifications

• Solid analytical and financial background with budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A experience.
• Familiarity with international reporting and consolidation standards (IFRS).
• Experience building or improving finance processes and controls in lean environments.
• Background combining public accounting with corporate or operating-company experience in a multinational setting.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budgeting cycle and lead FP&A activities across multiple sites.
• Drive cost-variance analysis and KPI tracking; implement corrective actions.
• Support IFRS consolidation, tax compliance, and governance across countries.
• Manage financial systems integration and internal controls for acquisitions.
• Roll out standardized finance policies and metrics aligned with corporate reporting.
• Partner with CFO, controllers, site leadership, and ERP rollout teams.
