CFS in Porterville, CA is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with executive leadership, own budgeting, forecasting and financial performance management, and build a high-performing FP&A team.

You will develop models, provide strategic insights, and lead reporting for senior leadership, while driving process improvements and robust metrics that influence company decisions and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Leadership or team management experience are essential.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting systems experience required.

Responsabilités

• Direct the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and performance reporting.
• Evaluate business performance and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Establish and monitor key financial and operational metrics.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
