A leading financial consultancy is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional for their Rancho Cucamonga office. This role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis. The ideal candidate has 5 to 8 years of experience in FP&A with strong skills in financial modeling and Excel. You will collaborate with various departments and present financial results to management.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar roles.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial performance and cost drivers.
