Job summary

Leaf Home in Ohio is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support multiple business units, own the annual operating plan, and lead forecasting and reporting in NetSuite Planning & Budgeting. You will partner with regional operations, analyze profitability, develop standard costs, and build dashboards with Tableau to drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, finance, or operations analytics.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to tell a business story.
• Experience with job costing, labor productivity, and margin analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional and branch leaders on day-to-day and strategic decisions.
• Analyze profitability by job, branch, and region including labor/material costs.
• Develop and monitor standard costs and KPIs like margin and capacity.
• Support monthly close and Board materials.
