Kforce Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for a hybrid role in the Saint Louis, MO area.

You will oversee enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, partnering with senior executives to evaluate opportunities, optimize financial performance, and support short- and long-term corporate objectives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related fields.
• Experience supporting senior executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Partner with senior executives to evaluate opportunities and performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario modeling.
• Provide senior leadership with financial analysis and decision-support tools.
• Develop executive dashboards with financial and operational metrics.
• Monitor revenue, costs, OPEX, and capital expenditures; analyze variances.
• Support ROI analysis for company-wide marketing activities.
• Incorporate market and competitive data into financial planning.
• Prepare presentations and financial materials for executives and board meetings.
• Drive continuous improvements to FP&A processes and analytics.
