Job summary

Kforce is seeking a strategic Director of Finance in the Saint Louis, MO area for a hybrid role that partners with senior leaders to guide financial planning, optimize technology investments, evaluate business opportunities, and improve financial performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7 years of significant finance experience within a large matrix organization.
• Experience managing complex global reporting and planning processes.
• Experience leading teams, developing talent, and managing change.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience using Oracle and Hyperion; Apptio, TBM, or Agile IT methodologies a plus.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, financial reporting, and investment analysis.
• Familiarity with Apptio, TBM, or Agile IT methodologies preferred.
• Proven ability to advise and influence senior business leaders.

This highly visible hybrid role will partner with senior leaders to guide financial planning, optimize technology investments, evaluate business opportunities, and improve financial performance. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
