Northwest Bank is seeking a senior FP&A Consolidation partner to lead enterprise financial consolidation and ensure accurate reporting of actuals, forecasts, and plans. You will partner with Accounting, Treasury, and Business Finance to deliver a single source of truth and provide actionable insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
8–12 years in Finance or related field.
Strong understanding of financial principles and balance sheet analysis.

Ability to influence cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Lead financial consolidation across the enterprise.
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Prepare and analyze reports with key variances, trends, risks, and opportunities.
Explain transfer pricing methodologies to users.
Drive automation and efficiency in reporting; maintain internal controls.
Support audits and regulatory requests.
