Job summary

The Western Union Company is seeking a Senior Manager, North America FP&A Consolidation & Analysis, to lead planning, forecasting, and reporting across NA. You will partner with operations and executives to drive informed decisions and profit growth, mentoring the team and enhancing financial processes.

Based in Atlanta or Miami with hybrid in-office requirements, you will develop models, deliver executive-grade reports, and drive improvements in forecasting accuracy and control compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A or related finance roles.
• Experience leading planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analyses.
• Ability to partner with business leaders on strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America FP&A consolidation and analysis processes.
• Develop operating plans, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to support operations and initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to guide priorities with financial insights.
• Design and refine financial models and analytical tools.
• Deliver management reporting packages and reviews.
