CDW is seeking an experienced FP&A Senior Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. You will manage forecasting, budgeting, and long-range plans, while leveraging data visualization to communicate insights to the executive team.

This role partners with the C-suite and senior leadership, drives a data-centric reporting framework, supports M&A activities, automates planning processes, and helps steer growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in Finance/Accounting roles; 7+ years for internal candidates.
• Minimum 4 years progressive management experience; 2 years for internal candidates.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data to drive business strategies.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and financial software/tools.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with ability to think critically and drive change.
• Leadership experience with successful team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to develop comprehensive financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans; visualize data for clarity.
• Analyze financial data, KPIs, and operational metrics; provide actionable insights to executives.
• Develop a data-visualization centric reporting framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain financial models for planning, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly reporting, variance analysis and performance tracking with dashboards.
• Support M&A activities including due diligence and post-merger analysis.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Provide strategic financial guidance for business initiatives and investments.
• Automate and improve planning processes.
