Qualifications

• 6–8 years of accounting and finance experience, including banking.
• Experience with budgeting and profitability reporting, ROI analysis, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual budget and forecasts with timelines and exhibits for leadership.
• Support long-term strategic planning and documentation.
• Prepare budget metrics and variance analyses (loan/deposit growth, yields, origination/run-off).
• Build profitability reports and allocate direct costs appropriately.
• Lead ERP/reporting improvements and provide ad-hoc analyses as needed.
• Coordinate balance sheet and income statement analysis for leadership review.
• Document processes within Budget & Profitability team and ensure regulatory compliance.
