Job summary

Northwest is seeking an FP&A Lead in Columbus, OH to drive budgeting, forecasting, and profitability reporting across banking lines. You will coordinate cross-functional inputs, develop planning exhibits for senior leadership, and support strategic financial planning initiatives.

You will lead profitability analyses, review balance sheet and income statement drivers, and provide insight into cost allocation and ROI on capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 6-8 years accounting and finance experience, including 6-8 years banking experience.
• 6-8 years budgeting and profitability reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting with data gathering and exhibits for leadership review.
• Develop and document the long-term strategic plan.
• Prepare budget metrics analyses, including growth, yields, and variance YoY.
• Build profitability reports and allocate direct costs using activity-based methods.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and ROI assessments on capital projects.
