Job summary

Atlantic Group, a leading asset manager, is seeking an FP&A professional to partner with investment and operating teams to assess portfolio performance and identify drivers. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, build models for revenue, margins, cash flow, and run scenario analyses to support acquisitions and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years FP&A experience at an asset manager or financial services firm.
• Excellent financial modeling, Excel, presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with investment and operating teams to evaluate portfolio company performance, identify key business drivers, and translate financial results into actionable insights
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across the firm and portfolio, developing models to assess revenue growth, margins, cash flow, and key operating metrics
• Build financial models and investment analyses supporting acquisitions, add-ons, refinancing, and strategic initiatives, including scenario analysis and returns sensitivity
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reporting for senior leadership, highlighting variances, trends, and areas requiring attention across the portfolio
• Support portfolio value creation initiatives by analyzing cost structures, pricing, working capital, and operational opportunities to improve EBITDA and cash generation
• Conduct market, competitive, and company-level research to support investment theses, strategic planning, and ad hoc projects for the investment team
