Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, long-term plans, forecasts, and projections.
• Analyze actual results against forecasts and budgets to identify drivers and trends.
• Perform monthly financial and variance analysis and develop management reporting.
• Evaluate revenue, expenses, and performance to support decisions.
• Partner with finance and operations teams to support planning and initiatives.
• Improve processes to enhance accuracy and financial visibility.
