The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience with strong modeling, analytical, and cross-functional capabilities. This hybrid role emphasizes partnership with finance and operations to improve visibility and decision-making.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, with an MBA preferred.
• 4–6 years of FP&A or related experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting is required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare annual budgets, long-term plans, forecasts, and projections.
• Analyze actual results against forecasts and budgets to identify drivers and trends.
• Perform monthly financial and variance analysis and develop management reporting.
• Evaluate revenue, expenses, and performance to support decisions.
• Partner with finance and operations teams to support planning and initiatives.
• Improve processes to enhance accuracy and financial visibility.
