Job summary

Atlantic Group is seeking an FP&A professional in New York to partner with investment and operating teams, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and build financial models for acquisitions and strategic initiatives.

You will prepare monthly and quarterly leadership reporting and analyze cost structures to improve EBITDA and cash generation, while conducting market research to support investment theses.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years FP&A experience at an asset manager or financial services firm.
• Strong financial modeling skills are required.
• Advanced Excel proficiency essential.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with investment and operating teams to evaluate portfolio company performance and drivers.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across the firm and portfolio.
• Build financial models and investment analyses supporting acquisitions, add-ons, refinancing, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reporting for senior leadership, highlighting variances and trends.
• Support portfolio value creation by analyzing costs, pricing, working capital, and cash generation.
• Conduct market, competitive, and company-level research to support investment theses and ad hoc projects.
