Job summary

Alliance Consumer Group seeks a skilled FP&A professional to drive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across the organization. You will own rolling P&L, CapEx, headcount forecasts, and monthly reporting, delivering variance analyses and performance commentary to executives.

The role involves building robust financial models, dashboards, and KPIs, plus partnering with business leaders to validate assumptions and uncover actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related business field.
• 3+ years of FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis experience.
• Experience in consumer products, retail, or product-based business.
• Advanced Excel.
• Experience managing and analyzing large datasets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present a complete and concise financial story.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rolling P&L, CapEx, and headcount forecasts.
• Lead monthly reporting, variance analysis, and performance commentary.
• Support the annual budget and long-range planning processes.
• Build financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and executive presentations.
• Analyze revenue, margin, customer, product, and operating expense performance.
• Partner with business leaders to validate assumptions and uncover actionable insights.
• Consolidate financial results across domestic and international operations.
• Improve reporting processes, tools, and financial visibility across the organization.
